Agile learning model
Another effective learning tool that we adopt is the 70:20:10 agile learning model, as it allows individuals flexible ways of acquiring knowledge and skills.
The agile learning model (70 percent on the job, 20 percent through others, and 10 percent through formal courses) ensures that an employee’s development plan is built on a foundation of meaningful work experiences – 70:20 – while complementing these experiences with structured classes.
