Our Employee Resource
Groups (ERGs)
ERGs are designed to create an inclusive community – they are open to all.
The aim of each ERG is to enhance our organizational culture, engage externally through community involvement and provide a network of support to foster growth and development. Throughout the year ERGs will host programs and activities that strive to:
Inform and develop
employee communication and events.
Identify opportunities
to engage on issues relevant to ERG members within local, national and global communities.
Encourage interaction
with employees who share similar interests by building and strengthening social networks.
Any employee can join any ERG.
‘Allies’ simply represents a formal path to membership for an employee that does not characteristically identify with a particular ERG. ERG ‘Allies’ are passionate in supporting and advancing the group’s mission and function as a regular members of our ERGs.
